Not to be negative, but I would like to go back to the "olden days" when Human Resources Departments were Personnel, and Account Management Departments were Customer Service.Seems like through the years, various departments realigned themselves driven by levels of self-importance, and many companies, as you so well observe, became smarter and better than their Customers.Let's hope the economy drives change for the better in these areas. |
