I like the concept and the ability to choose different parts to "customize" the look. This is a bit of a stretch for BMW though, it will be interesting to see how well it does on the showroom floor.

Well, perhaps. Someone is getting an objective checked off for his performance review I'd guess. The survey results will be discussed at a meeting but nothing will come of it because they already know better than we, what we want and/or need.

Well said Old Paul. Not to be negative, but I would like to go back to the "olden days" when Human Resources Departments were Personnel, and Account Management Departments were Customer Service.Seems like through the years, various departments realigned themselves driven by levels of self-importance, and many companies, as you so well observe, became smarter and better than their Customers.Let's hope the economy drives change for the better in these areas.
