I don't know if I should feel emphathetic or annoyed. In one moment they talk about how the bike is engineered and the emotional attachment, then describe the target market as some sort of middle-aged guy with a calm demeanor

Honda has beeen a day late and dollar short. First they introduce the Fury after the Chopper fad is on life support, now they finally make a retro bike that may make it here in a few years. I like retro bikes but come on Honda. I can go get a Ducati Sport Classic right now and Triumph has a line of retro bikes.

Nothing turned me on in Honda's 2010 line. Worse yet, a few things now turn me off. This Geritol-ized 1100cc, the conspicuously "me too" 750cc blacked-out Shadow (or is it Spirit? Ghost? Phantom?) and this misnomer of a bike, the Arlen Less-inspired "Fury" rolling toy.


The word "mediocrity" often comes to mind when it comes to nowadays' Honda, doesn't it?

Don't forget the DN-01 the definition of mediocrity. Maybe I will be wowed by the VFR-1200 if I ever lay eyes on one....

I rode a VFR1200F two weekends ago, and plan to write my review of it tomorrow evening when I get settled (it isn't good).
