That's THE problem with today's Honda, the make that changed MY outlook on motorcycles 40 years ago. Nothing at all to lust for. Unless the idea of an air-bag on a Gold Wing (Honda's only flagship left nowadays IMO) or the imminent release of yet another lame, HD Sporster-inspired, 40 HP Shadow (as suitably called), turns one on.
I agree. We didn't buy a new Honda vehicle for many years, until our Accord was literally falling apart, and only because the current Honda Civic (with all of the options) is a fun vehicle.
My VFR doesn't have the excitement factor that my Daytona900 did, and doesn't put a smile on my face like that 1125R did a few months ago.
The irony is that my Interceptor just runs, and it seems that the VFR1200F isn't going to inspire riders like a Busa or S1000RR does.
