I agree with Kingmoham, and I call it the "Ford Taurus" syndrome. Somebody comes out with a new design that catches the public's imagination, and 5-7 years later every car looks almost exactly like it. Same with Bikes.
Time was, you could easily identify every car and bike because they all had a trademark, individualistic look. Now, every sportbike looks the same to me, and every mid-size car looks the same.
On the other hand, going to extremes with design presents another set of dislikes, as in all these "artwork" choppers so popular.
I've oftened wondered about developing a program that searches for say the best wheels out there, the best fenders, the best handlebars, the best seat, etc., and then tallies up the positive attributes of each, and generates a design framework. Maybe there is already such a thing.
O.K., I'm old fashioned, maybe that's why I like Triumph Classics.
