How isolationist of you . You may wish to elaborate just a lil' bit on your "reason" or "reasons". Otherwise, this forum runs the risk of turning into semi private correspondence between The Prophet and the Undersigned, the Elderly Brothers?

Re: Triumph Thunderbird Test Ride, 04 August

I thought that was what this is.

Didn't go into detail cuz I didn't want to come off as bashing a bike. Just that I have heard so much good that I thought I would give it a try. The Thunderbird may be the best cruiser ever made but I wouldn't know.

The bars are in the wrong place the pegs also misplaced, giant windscreen, way to much vibration and heavy. This would prolly describe most bikes in this class tho so I am the wrong person to give ride impressions on a cruiser. On a positive note it did handle better than I thought it would.

I am glad I rode just to remind me of the differences in bike universes out there.
