Ad Creators are encouraged to mark their ad sold (when the time comes) or create their ad with an end-date so that it isn't perpetuated indefinitely.

Ads involving items listed on eBay should include the actual link to your item listed on eBay so that users can easily locate it. Also ensure that the end-date for your ad coincides with your eBay listing's timeline, or remember to mark the item sold when appropriate.
