Re: Kawasaki Withdraws From MotoGP

With Kawasaki out and Suzuki threatening to leave, does that leave enough for a starting grid?

Re: Kawasaki Withdraws From MotoGP

Kawasaki makes decent street and trackday bikes now. However, it is racing that has provided inspiration to many buyers of sportbikes.

For me, it doesn't matter. I don't need a sportbike with racing logos or some MotoGP-proven technology. One can take a ZX-14 or Busa and have a great time, but it takes a jaunt down out of the hills to experience the speeds they are capable of.

Who knows, maybe we'll see superbike technology be more reliable while owners paint racing-inspired alternatives; such as their favorite band or beer
