There is a rumor floating around that Suzuki doesn't plan to ship any 2010 Gixxers to the United States, which may include other models. The expectation is that existing 2009 models will meet the consumer demand.

Probably a good move, they were the last to bring over the '09's may be a method to the madness. They sure don't want to end up like Honda selling '08 CBR's for half of their original msrp while the 2010's are on the floor at full price.
