They must have had a ton of confidence in the "Wilddogs" Forum. I need to look that one up.
It's an interesting concept, dangerous maybe - to ask an Internet Forum Member to write about your product. You gotta give 'em credit for audacity.
Oddly though - or maybe not - the instructions from the manufacturer were to write an OBJECTIVE review. Our friend's review is 50/50 at best, SUBJECTIVE / OBJECTIVE. My guess would be that neither party really knew what OBJECTIVE meant, but liked the big word. Are ANY reviews ever OBJECTIVE? Probably not.
Beautiful review though, no punches withheld. Good responses where deserved, negative responses where deserved as well - but with pragmatic, recommended solutions (!!!) - so it doesn't come off as a whinghy whine (sic).
This guy has a nice, straightforward writing style, and is not one of those forum memebers that tries way too hard to constantly let the others know... that he knows!

Cycle World Forums!)
Great job, it would be nice to see more of this, as it is a refreshing change from professional journalists that write things like:"This bike clearly brings to mind my old Vincent Black Shadow, when I rode the Daytona circuit, just prior to the..." and self-stroking blarb like that.
This guy - you can really sense - took the assignment very seriously, and put his heart n' soul into it.
Great Job.

Ride safe!
