Forum Personalities

You've got to take this stuff with a mature sense of humor, and a small grain of salt... but interesting and fun.

http://www.stumbleupon.com/toolbar/#...%252Findex.htm

Go to the pop-down menu to view a very wide range of internet forums types, carfully categorized by a guy with, apparently, an excess of time on his hands.

Funny, you can pick out many, many familiar types - maybe even yourself - and have a good laugh at what cyber space has led us to!

Some of my favorites are the "swarm" and the "diplomat", who I would have to believe we have all experienced at one time or another.

In the end, it's a good reminder to never take ourselves too seriously, be cool, and if you do see yourself in a negative light, recognise it and change for the better?

Help me out... who am I?

Who are YOU?

It depends on the circumstances, but I've been likened to several of those profiles.

However, I don't see anything referencing one who is considered "Evil". There have been moments that I've been associated with Organized Crime, The Hacker Underworld, or specific passages in the Book of Revelation.

Re: Forum Personalities

I hear ya'. I trust that I must have "Multiple Personality Disorder", or something like that. I seem to recall a movie named "Cybil", with Sally Fields as a women who had like 20 different personalities.

I've been hailed as everything from the nicest guy around, to a Pompous, a#$%#$%^ jerk moron with obvious same-sex tendencies, depending on the mood of, or level of agreement with, the advising psuedo-psychiatrist.

I surf around a lot, looking for items of interest, or sites of interest. Slim pickings these days - tons of "angry" folks out there. Clearly, there is also no shortage at all of technical genius' who "know all" that is knowable about bikes, and thankfully have chosen to spend 24/7 on the internet continually reminding everyone of that fact. It surprises me that the big name Brands - Honda, Yamaha, Harley Davidson, etc. - don't rush and fall all over themselves to contact these guys, requesting, niegh begging, that they head up their respective Engineering and R&D Departments.

Enough bitter and pompous sarcasm...

Point is to not take ourselves too seriously, have some fun, and if you're not enjoying it - step away from the keyboard and do something else for a while. It's not the end of the world, and as we all know, we are not going to change the world from this vantage point...

Or are we? <Cue "X-Files" music>

Welcome Aboard.

We're a small group, but I'm planning on re-working this site as soon as my new Triumph Site is running smooth.

I've seen the new Tiger, but only pictures of the development/prototype Trophy.
