One day I was sipping some water at a common biker stop close to Eureka Springs and a couple young lads came up on a pair of Gixxers. One was brand new, in a black/gray color scheme (after all - black is the fastest) and was alarmed to learn that he carried the minimum liability coverage.
That was his response to me when I said that I couldn't afford insurance on his bike.
As he was
barely riding off, between the moments that I thought he was going to fall down in the parking lot I wondered how long he would last until he crashed a bike that he couldn't afford to fix.
