I am scheduled to take delivery of a V-Max tomorrow, August 20. She 'll try to succeed a mildly customized Triumph Rocker III, which I have owned since Oct. '04 and which I am parting with only due to my running out of passion for her.
Last Yam I owned, roughly a quarter of a century ago, was an XJ650.

As you can see, we are a small group, but very respectful of each others opinions, viewpoints, perspectives , etc. and a sharing of a common ground interest - bikes.

Another thing: The V-Max' only major flaw is a ridiculous fuel autonomy: A gluttonous thirst -which I don't mind in itself- combined with a ridiculously small tank (4 gallons or 15 liters). Does anybody know of a larger, aftermarket tank?
